What is stopping you getting the trusted help you need? The Trusty Servant
This is post 6/12 in a series about the pub crawl by my namesake Gary King and his friends in the Worlds End and the close association with business mentoring & coaching.
As a Business Mentor, I can’t mend your business for you, make your problems go away, or take things off your hands so that they’re never dirtied in the process.
I’m a trusted expert, but I’m no servant. I’m paid too well, for a start.
Whilst a servant will do whatever you ask, I’ll be the one asking the questions in our relationship (although that is very much just the start) and giving you the tools to implement.
Whilst a servant will do whatever you say, I’ll be the one advising you how things really are and what is needed. I won’t be doing the work.
Whilst a servant will make sure you never have to deal with anything unpleasant, I’ll be the one helping you face up to any of the unpleasantness, so that we can work through it together and put things in place to make sure that your team, processes and procedures are a lot slicker, agile and fit for purpose moving forward.
It’s time to invest in the right support for what you know, deep down, needs to be addressed.
